Lorrin great insight but the tough part is getting into microsoft to begin with

MGSI is hiring big time and so is GPS in India..Not sure about other places.

lay offs are done...we never wanted but had to but that's it :D now hiring but wherever required with enough analysis. Use local Microsoft Career site for new openings in your region.
