We thru out all the unhealthy food in our kitchen and started eating right. Before we did this I was seeing specialists for my migraines and gastro problems. Since we made this decision, we both ... See Morehave lost over 20lbs and I am so excited that finally I can drink milk. I always considered myself lactose intolerant but that wasn't it at all. Now I am so excited to have the milk mustache along with eating a bowl of cereal (sometimes even for dinner). Ah finally the joys and benefits of milk.
