Participating in the national awareness campaign, When They Come Back....We Give Back, Miss America contestants were photographed donning ROCKY combat boots as a symbol of the Miss America Organization's support for U.S. troops who return home from combat forever changed.

Miss America Organization One of the first events the Miss America 2010 contestants participated in while in Vegas was a photo shoot for When They Come Back....We Give Back. The purpose of the images of civilians in combat boots is to remind everyone that our military has been there for us, and to show our military that we are also here for them.

The When They Come Back, We Give Back boots campaign has set out to rally support for our military men and women by featuring images of civilian Americans in combat boots.
Miss America Organization Miss America 2010 Caressa Cameron is attending Superbowl XLIV. She will spend her weekend participating in several events for Taste of the NFL whose mission is to address the needs of the hungry and homeless by raising awareness and money through special events and programs. More than $6.8 million has been raised and distributed to hunger-relief groups since 1992.

Miss America Organization TOMORROW at 8:20 am ET tune to Fox & Friends for a special military tribute with Miss America 1989 Gretchen Carlson.
