As Reade mentioned, there is no cure for RA, however there are medications and physical therapies that can help minimize pain and joint damage.

Sx - chronic headache, localized to the back of the head and around or over the top of the head. Also, light sensitivity. Happens d/t C2 neuralgia and the areas of pain correspond with both the lesser and greater occipital nerves usually.

The purpose is to withdraw fluid from pleural space for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes.
1)the highest level of pleural effusion is determined by physical exam
2)the area is prepped, draped and subcutaneous tissue infiltrated with anaesthetic
3)the needle is inserted over the superior aspect of the rib
4)fluid is then aspirated once parietal pleura has been penetrated... See More
5)withdraw needle and pressure is held over puncture site.
6) sterilize and cover area

The answer in the picture is D, because if pus too much or 2 viscous to b drained by needle then chest tube and drainage system should be placed.
