Modea Several Modeans volunteered to help out the local food banks by picking corn before the fall frost. For many of us it was the first day of manual labor in a very long time.

Modea The Blacksburg Partnership, a non-profit economic development organization, announces Blacksburg Brew Do, the area's first ever craft beer festival. The event will be held at the First and Main shopping district on Saturday, October 24, 2009, from noon to 6:00 pm.
