I'd like to see the Monroe-West Monroe CVB talk about events that are going on in Monroe too, and maybe some of the other churches than just First West. There are lots of Christmas church programs that other churches are working hard to produce. I'm a vendor at the Monroe Downtown Christmas Market and would like to know our CVB is promoting it.

There are so many great events that people bring to Monroe-West Monroe, and we want everyone to know about all of them. Also, I mentioned the First West choir in one of the Christmas on the River posts because the choir volunteered to come down and sing for our festival kick-off. We are scheduling entertainment for each Saturday in December, and still have a few slots open. If you know of another church choir that would like to participate, I would certainly love it! Please tell them to contact me. In the meantime, please check out our calendar for additional event information.

Actually I had already checked the calendar on the site - the links on the home page weren't working, BTW. I know the Monroe Downtown Christmas Market has been getting promoted along with the WM events in the paper and on the radio. As a matter of fact, on radio announcement said details of it could be found on your site, but it isn't there. I went... See More there to see what else was going to be happening that day. I don't mean to complain, it just seems like everything I see mentioned, other than the Children's Museum events, is in WM.
