NASA's Kennedy Space Center This Friday, space shuttle Atlantis is set to return to Earth, ending mission STS-129 to the International Space Station. it is 250,000 miles from here. I wish to volunteer if approved. Time to

NASA's Kennedy Space Center Today at 2 p.m. in Kennedy's Space Station Processing Facility, the European Space Agency will officially hand over the station's Node 3 module, known as Tranquility, to NASA. Tranquility will be delivered to the station early next year duirng misison STS-130.
