Streetball caught up with Carlos Los Smothers in Orlando recently. Los is from the Bay Area in Oakland. Carlos LOS Smothers is one of the best up and coming dunkers in the game. His technique on rotation slam dunks and between the legs dunks is amazing. Be on the lookout for this baller.
