I agree that restaurants should offer more healthy fare; look at the percentages of overweight and obese youngsters and adults.

Not too far. Simple is better. Restaurants should be forced to limit what goes into you food. I quit eating at fast food restaurants because the food was so over processed. I buy $20 worth of farmers market food and that is good for the whole day. I can make many things with those ingredients and have 3 great meals. I just keep chicken or other meat in the freezer so I can add to the farmers market stuff to make a protein rich meal.
