Northeast Ohio Cross Country Camp Well NEO Camp Runners - how did day #1 (and #2) of practice go? It was a bit hot and humid to do much quality!

Northeast Ohio Cross Country Camp I just had the pleasure of spending the last two weeks of my life watching 320 young men and women grow. They grew stronger in body through very hard work in their running. They grew stronger in mind by by learning from one of the most knowledgeable staffs that could be assembled. And they grew stronger in heart by ...meeting new friends and helping every other runner in camp learn to believe in themselves. Thanks!
