NESA Chicago (Chicago's National Eagle Scout Association) The "Legal Eagles" group of NESA Chicago is making plans to host a one-day Law Merit Badge Clinic in the Loop on a Saturday in Spring 2010. We are looking for Judges, Lawyers, Paralegals, Law Students and Law Enforcement officers as well as other interested Scouters. If you are interested, please e-mail nesachicago@scouting.org.

Join NESA Chicago for a Northwestern Men's Basketball game (versus
Penn State) on Wednesday, February 17 at 7:30 PM in Evanston. We'll meet at a nearby restaurant pub beforehand and then walk over to the game. NESA CHICAGO is reaching out to all Chicagoland Eagle Scouts who are lawyers or in a related legal profession. A "Legal Eagles" reception will be held from 5:30 to 7:30 PM on Tuesday, January 26, 2010 at Navigant Consulting's offices in downtown Chicago. The reception will include a brief update on Scouting in Ch...icagoland today, opportunities to participate in 100th Anniversary activities and Scouting fellowship. The "Legal Eagles" committee will also discuss plans for hosting a one-day "Law Merit Badge" clinic for Chicago area Boy Scouts. An RSVP is necessary to be on the guest list for this

In addition to the usual networking and socializing, the evening will feature a demonstration of winemaking from fellow... Eagle Scout and NESA Chicago member Neil Gardner. Have you ever wondered how wine is made? Are you curious to see what is involved in this art form that dates back thousands of years? Neil will share his hobby and the tools of his craft with the group. The evening will also include an opportunity to learn about 100th Anniversary opportunities with NESA Chicago during 2010.
