11+ BILLION dollars down the drain to people who were going to buy a house anyway. One of the dumbest expenditures of money our government has done to date.

I'd say that's a good return on taxpayer dollars.

well, as a paying member, I don't support the bill. I have not sold one house because of the tax credit. If a credit is needed in other parts to help stimulate the economy then I support Reid on a phase out type of stimulus.

I support this bill ... so many young people can't get ahead with the prices of everything so high and college debt to pay off...anything to help get people into housing is a positive thing...just wish it could be kept out of the hands of those who have been abusing it!
