(Edison, NJ) Reacting to Congressional passage of H.R. 3548, which includes a provision extending and expanding the home buyer tax credit, the New Jersey Association of REALTORS® (NJAR®) Executive Vice President Jarrod C. Grasso, RCE, today issued the following statement:

New Jersey Association of REALTORS® (NJAR®) Today, the House of Representatives voted 403-12 to pass HR 3548, a bill extending unemployment benefits that includes an amendment to also extend and expand the federal tax credit. Now the bill must be sent to the President for his signature before it can become law.
