I just logged on to the flannel.org site and the offer is gone. The complete set is $180. It's only 9:44 p.m. in California and it's still the 30th. How do I get the special price? I've been waiting for a week and now it's gone.

Rob Bell is one of the few Christians I've ever heard that speaks from a place of truth, without trying to put on a right (or righteous) face to show (or tell) others how to live. He lives and he lives in a way that is good. Why nitpick about things that are irrelevant?

alcohol isn't evil and a nooma video isn't going to steer teenagers to start drinking. If they're watching the video, they're going to hear the message. They already know they shouldn't be drinking under-age and none of the nooma's support underage drinking. So if they think about doing it, it's going to cause some big cognitive dissonance within ... See Morethose teens when thinking about it in conjunction with noomas. Just because you can see something in the background doesn't mean that it's going to turn someone into an alcoholic. If that's the case, then one should just cut themselves off from the outside world entirely and completely...live in bubble...or underground in a bomb shelter.

I like it! i luv noomas and have seen some AMAZING one in this past year that have made me stop and think about life and what is important to me!

My youth group used this video in a worship service we put on for mothers day...it was AWESOME!!

I haven't seen this particular video, but the topic brings a question to my mind... what if some of the characteristics we call 'masculine' or 'feminine' are actually just God characteristics that we happen to inherit? Rather than apply the label of gender to God (or people), allow God to define the characteristic. Not making a statement here, just asking the question.
