James I am an assoc. dean in the College of Health and Human Services at George Mason in Fairfax, VA. I am an APRN in psych. and presenting to a group of nursing faculty about how to infuse geriatric care concepts into nursing education. My presentation will be on psychological functioning in elders. There is no better so...urce than you folks to help me understand what works and what doesn't work for nursing students who need to learn how to take care of elders with multiple care issues, including depression, anxiety, addiction, and other psychiatric issues. Can anyone out there give me your thoughts so that I may share with nursing faculty at this Dec. presentation? Thanks so much.
