Who: All NHD participants. Students and teachers are especially encouraged to send us their q...uestions! They will be answered by staff here at the NHD national office.
How: Email your theme questions to info@nhd.org starting on Monday, November 30, with “online discussion question” in the subject line. We will post answers to these on Wednesday at the start of the online discussion. From 3 – 5, you can participate in a live online discussion by sending questions to the same email, info@nhd.org and watch the answers post on our website.

New York State History Day This just in! The FDR Library and Museum is hosting a History Day Orientation Dinner for teachers on Thursday, November 19. Come learn about the program, see the resources the Library holds, and take a private evening tour of the museum. It's FREE! See our events box for details and to RSVP.

You are cordially invited to a History Day orientation dinner meeting to be held at the Henry A. Wallace Center at the Roosevelt Presidential Library in Hyde Park.
The evening will start with a light dinner of wraps, salads, and soft drinks. Then Tobi Voigt will talk about the History Day Program, and Jeff Urbin, Educa...tion Specialist at the FDR Library, will discuss the support and resources you can expect from the Library should you choose to participate in the program. Following the presentations, those wishing to do so, can visit the Museum for an after-hours viewing of the exhibits.
Please respond by calling Jeff Urbin at (845) 486-7761 by Tuesday the 17th and letting him know how many people you are planning on bringing. I am sure this will be an informative and fun evening. I hope I can count on you to join us.
