hello all. I am inquiring to see if anyone knows about the legal standings of operating a law abiding and legal escort service with in Napa County? I have researched and documented the state and federal laws regarding prostitution and escort services throughly. Although besides my long hours on the internet I still can... not find any information on them in the County of Napa business department or environmental health department. Any and all information you all could give me on the matter would help me greatly.
