The tulsa library has one similar that includes a cd to download the forms. Just in case you want to save the $.

I own it (the third edition anyway)...It's very thorough, and the cd rom is always helpful

I found I learn something new everytime single time I do a shoot, so two of my new goals are 1. Shoot more and 2. Write down what I learned after every shoot
