i actually had a concern. My concern is why is there so much lack of ignorance and lack of communication between the enrollment rep and the student. We as a student are your customers and we are your first priority, why is it that the enrollment rep does not respond to voicemails and takes over 2 days to reply emails. ...I am enrolled for the HCL program at the Wheeling campus and was told it was supposed to start on Oct 22 then Nov 11 and now its not starting at all till February. And my rep is not following up with me and whenever i go to meet her she is never there. I am so frustrated with this situation and she wont tell me when the next HCL classes would start or nothing, if she made a commitment with me and I payed some money towards my tuition I should atleast get some basic answers.Read More
