Chairman Cornyn has issued the statement below on the Minnesota Senate Campaign. With Al Franken joining the US Senate, the Democrats now have unchecked power in Washington. This goes to show just how critical the 2010 election is.

Senator Arlen Specter’s (D-PA) re-election bid hit some new bumps in the road today

Source: www.philly.com
The strong backing of Democratic Party leaders has done little to change slumping public support for the party's newest convert, U.S. Sen. Arlen Specter. Only 28 percent of all those surveyed say that he deserves re-election, according to the latest Keystone Poll, and double that number say it's tim...

In case you weren’t able to attend or listen in earlier today, Chairman Cornyn was the guest speaker for The Blogger Briefing presented by the Heritage Foundation.

In the wake of Senator Ensign’s (R-NV) announcement last week, there is an interesting bright spot; he is still more popular than Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) in their home state of Nevada.
John at 11:29am June 23
Yes, by all means let's pat Senator Ensign on the back. Way to go Senator you cheated on your wife and you almost got away with it. Not to mention, your still not as unpopular as one of the least popular people in politics.

National Republican Senatorial Committee Have you signed our petition yet? Join us in telling Sen. Boxer that our troops deserve more respect !

Yes, sir .. I signed it last week and passed it on to others.
Rusty at 1:44pm June 22
Yes sir. I have also sent the video clip to all my friends and posted it on my Police Link profile and facebook to do my part in spreading the word of Senator Boxer's unbelievable statement. Additionally, I sent her an e-mail with my thoughts, beliefs and demanding an apology to our men and women in the armed forces and those Americans who still believe in the idea of having manners and being polite.

Earlier today we sent out an email asking for your support on a petition. Senator Barbara Boxer (D-CA) lashed out at US Army General Michael Walsh earlier this week for addressing her as “ma’am” as opposed to “Senator”, which as a career military officer, is exactly what he was trained to do, call m...

I would like to see a list of all that Boxer went through to "earn" that title next to all that the General went through to earn his...bet the General's would far exceed Boxer's. She's just a political hack and I truly hope the CA people will get rid of her in 2010! What a disgrace to women of this country...and an embarrassment!
Vicky at 12:07pm June 21
The Three Witches of California make all women look bad. Being in DC with Obama has to be like being in paradise for these 3 (Boxer, Feinstein and Pelosi). Ego's abound. I've read that Californians don't even want them back.

it is time to reduce the size and role of government, so that government can not over reach again!
John at 6:06am June 18
It's amazing to me how unbelievably deaf the NRSC and the Republican party in general is to its conservative base. Charlie Crist? Are you kidding me? They might as well let the Democrats pick their candidate. We're going from Mel Martinez who is liberal on the illegal amnesty issue (despite the throngs of Americans who are absolutely opposed to... Read More it), to Charlie Crist who is liberal on a whole host of issues including amnesty. Given the opportunity to choose between a true fiscal and social conservative in the young and talented (not to mention Hispanic) Marco Rubio and the wet noodle "Moderate" Republican Charlie Crist, they shoot themselves in the foot again and throw their support behind the consumate politician, Crist. Crist, the Governor who promised property tax relief and homeowner's insurance reform in the state of Florida once elected, has delivered on niether. Way to go Republicans! By the way, how'd that whole McCain thing work out?

Two and a half years ago, the Republican Party suffered a major blow in the 2006 midterm elections as the Democrats regained control of Congress and began laying the groundwork to take back the White House in 2008.

we need that his opponent in the race to win, that young Cuban American out of S. Florida....Crist is another Specter Democrat.
