      Thanks for absolute garbage service. I got sent the wrong item, and now I have to wait for slow as hell ground shipping both ways (why do I have to wait for the wrong item to get back before what I actually ordered can get shipped?). I'm now going to be probably another 2 weeks without a computer thanks to you guys. If it's your own fault, at least pay to overnight it. Fix your mistakes. Never buying from here again.

      Dear Newegg: Thanks for screwing up not just one, but two of my items! The packaging was so bad all the boxes were dented. Should I have been surprised that my parts were broken? I guess not. Oh, and I just loved paying $30 in return shipping to fix a mistake that wasn't mine, then paying return shipping for a replacement! I called and tried to just get a replacement sent out, but you guys refused to give me one day shipping. Even if I paid for it. The explaination: "We do not offer one day shipping at this time, sir. It is not our policy." Ordered from Amazon and it got here the next morning without any broken parts. Amazon just made a new loyal customer!
