How about we ban dumbasses from owning dogs or breeding for that matter. Dawn, the city you lived in is full of dumbasses then for banning this breed. Dogs regaurdless of pitbulls, collies, or whatever can be just as vicous depending on how the owner is raising them. Banning the animals is not the way.

Unfortunately the dumasses are also the ones that are changing the laws. Maybe if adoption of animals only went to "reasonable" parents? I understand "furkids" need homes but maybe we need social services to check on their welfare and status too?
