Marsha Dillon My husband and I are currently on the Pride of America. This is our first time with NCL. We've cruised 10 plus times with Princess, once with Holland America and once with Carnival. We are very disappointed in the service, the condition of the ship and the staff on board. However,the Hawaiian Islands are beautiful! You had the opportunity to wow us NCL and you didn't!
