I need a get away real bad and I always loved OC this time of year.It's been one health problem after another and finance are not good for us to come down as we have been for the past 15 years on Thanksgiving week.and another year older in a week.....

Read MoreMorefamily members got sick which caused us to have to come home early. Instead of 10 days on the beach I got only ONE (we were only in OCMD for 4 days). The weather also did not cooperate. The day we left I looked out the door of my oceanfront suite overlooking the ocean & cried my eyes out because I did not want to leave so soon. I needed that vacation in the worst way & it was ruined. I was also diagnosed with a health condition on Monday, 11/2 that will alter my way of living for the rest of my life. As you can see I have a picture of you (the guy on your shoulder is the unofficial mascot of work who I almost left behind after taking the picture) on my desk. When everybody asks who that is I tell them "Rodney the official OCMD spokesguard." If I win I would bring my sister with me who is not working right now & is having a hard time finding a job. She too needs to be rescued. So please, PLEASE Rodney rescue me! I've always wanted to experience OCMD in the Winter & now is my chance! :)

I really need an OCMD getaway! We moved to Chicago, my hubby is from MD and misses OCMD. The winters drag on forever and are bitter cold! We get so numb and woud like to thaw out! Also, I teach pre-teens with autism AND have a teenager at home, so not only does my body get numb, but my brain gets numb, too! We can't afford a vacay of our own. HELP!

I work at the Walkersville, MD Post office and would really love a trip to Ocean City. Especially with all the holiday mail and packages starting up already, I will really be ready for a vacation. My 24 year old daughter has cervical/ovarian cancer and is expecting so I have to help her out a lot financially and with 3 other children and 3 grandchildren, it doesn't leave much money left for anything other than necessities. I posted my workplace picture on the wall.
