Officially Organized My "1-inch" rule for my scanning pile was ignored! I had more like "1-foot" in my scanning box! BUT, today, I tackled it all and it feels great to have nothing left to scan :) Paper-less offices are awesome! I love shredding those stacks of paper (after they've been backed up on Carbonite).
Officially Organized 25 days til Christmas! Are you keeping your holiday schedule stress-less? Don't create chaos in the midst of trying to make your celebration memorable. Decorate a little, shop online with specific gift ideas, stay within a budget, relax and listen to some great Christmas music (my daughter turned me onto Pandora Rad...io - awesome!), SPEND MORE TIME WITH THE FAMILY than time planning for their visit!

I can't say it enough - Please back up your computer! I've used Carbonite because it's safe and easy. THEN, yesterday, while moving to my new laptop, I realized I could transfer my Carbonite account and they downloaded all my documents and backed up data! Wow! that was so easy!
Don't regret putting off your back up - ...too many clients have crashed this year and regretted it terribly :( AND, they can back up MACS now too :)

Officially Organized Beat the Coffee! In the morning, I start my coffee then start the race; I try to finish unloading the dishwasher before the coffee's done, or finish folding a load of laundry, or a quick cleaning of the hardwood floors with my swiffer vacuum (awesome tool!), or load the car with what's needed for that day. What can you do to win the coffee race?

Officially Organized What is your favorite office supply? I love my scanner and my bound spiral notebook. WHY? because I run a paper-less office and my notebook is the only place I write notes, thoughts and goals (no bounderies, just blank sheets that can tossed when needed and kept as long as needed until the info is transferred my cale...ndar or contacts) SHARE - we all want to know what your favs are!
