Each scored 6 points during a 15-1 run that gave the Bishops a double-digit lead, but a late 8-0 run gave Defiance a win over Ohio Wesleyan in the title game of Roanoke's Morris Cregger tournament.

The junior wing hit a 3-pointer to bring Ohio Wesleyan within 72-70, but sixth-ranked Guilford held on for a win in the first round of the Marietta Shrine Tournament on Tuesday.

Each scored 8 points during a 26-6 run that wiped out a 15-point second-half deficit, but Olivet came back to defeat the Bishops in the first round of the Bishop Classic/"Hoops for Hope" tournament on Tuesday. In Tuesday's second game, Carnegie Mellon defeated Franklin.

Ohio Wesleyan University has created six new courses for the spring term that will challenge students to test what they learn in the classroom out in the real world. About 100 students will participate in the inaugural classes.
