@bonnie bender - As of 2007 53% of Oklahoma households had Internet access at home, 63.69% had Internet access either in the home or at work, school, etc.
The total number of households was reported at ~1,436,000.
So 63% would mean 904,680 households had Internet access in 2007.
I don't see how you would think only 100k ...people have computers when 9 times as many households report Internet access.
