Ina Michael: Don't feel pressure, just do what you do! You bring awareness the world by showcasing the beauty and rhythm of our global society-- and remember Bob Marley could sing Get up, Stand up AND Two Little Birds, you can sing happy songs and rebel songs and still have influence...

Peter John Marquez

Peter John Marquez Q: Michael, your path reminds me of the great movie "Sullivan's Travels" where the hero, a director that wants to make serious political movies, learns that the greatest gift is to be able to bring people joy. Does that resonate with you?

Lastly your are so right, "All the funky people DO make the beauty of the world"

Lynn Wyatt

Lynn Wyatt Based on the points of view of your guests this morning on financial and automobile indutry bailout looks to me like the tax payers should also be giving money to the meat processors that need to recall so many thousands of pounds of tainted meat when they make mistakes also. Where is the end of the tax payers paying f...or businesses mistakes whether they made a error or made a calculated risk and got caught. Lynn

Michael, I've been a fan since the late 90's when I moved to Maui and got turned on to Michael's music. Yoga is integral in my life, and I hope Michael will talk about yoga in his life during this radio show. Nikki and Eddie rock www.yogaonmaui.com. This is another example of why credit unions are so important. Credit unions are cooperatives, banks owned by their members -- i.e., customers, account-holders. Credit unions are there to serve their members, not gouge them, not trick them, not pay their executives huge salaries and bonuses. Credit unions haven't been involved in this foreclosure nightmare.

if credit unions were the good actors they should be there would be no need for payday lenders.

The paperback release of Sherman Alexie's The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian was a great event this year. This book is sharply funny, poignant, and real - just as many of his books are. An interesting book by an interesting author!
