Hai Dang Tran Vietnamese government has ordered all ISPs in the country to " totally block" users' access to www.facebook.com and many people have switched to OpenDNS and they can use facebook again! Cheer OpenDNS!

Jason Copeland I think its time for OpenDNS to partner with more router and ISP companies. Maybe with a profit sharing scheme with branded search pages. It's not a matter of money anymore, it's a matter of fixing the internet.

Now you are scaring me. How is Comcast screwing with OpenDNS? My router is pointing to OpenDNS, and that has not been touched by Comcast...yet.

@OpenDNS Roger that. I have no intentions of not using OpenDNS. The +'s outweigh the -'s by a huge margin. I don't know what the answer is. I wish I did. I do know that it will be very difficult to keep on open voting system and maintain a proper sense of middle ground. Human nature combined with a constituancy that clearly does not ... See Moreunderstand the limitations of using DNS as an end-all, be-all of web filtering only further complicates the process. I understand it is a work in progress. From my own personal interactions wth the folks as OpenDNS I am am confident that there are good people behind the scenes using their super DNS powers for good, and not evil. :)
