Cont: Since the face cream felt quite nice, so I asked for a Mushroom face cream sample, she simply told me she has no sample, and didn’t even bother to make me one, while there are those tiny empty jars right next to me. She walked away after I asked for a sample, because she knew that I don’t intend to buy anything,... and went to talk with other SAs.
I have been a loyal Origins customers for years, and that is certainly not what I expect to get from a company where I’ve spent so much money at. - An Angry and Disappointed Customer!
Sheng Ying Shi I went to the Origins Store in Macy's Downtown Pittsburgh looking for a moisturizer. I told the SA (a black middle age woman) about my sensitive and dehydrate skin yet acne-prone. She recommended Plantidote™ Mega-Mushroom Face Cream, and gave me a tester jar. She then found out that it was empty, and got a new jar for ...me to try. She simply gave me the new jar, and told me to dip my fingers into it. It was very unprofessional and I can't imagine the other products I've tried before, how many different people had also dipped their fingers into the jars. That wasn't the worst part. I also asked to try the Make A Difference cream, but it appeared to be little greasy on my skin. I told the SA that the cream is greasy on my skin, and she responds: “It’s not like you wash your hands before you came here, who knows what other hundred different things you’ve put on your hand.” It certainly can be true, but that was not what I would expect from customer service.

Shanida I had a headache and rubbed some "Peace of Mind" on the back of my neck and temples and less then 10 minutes later, my headache is starting to fade and I'm feeling better!
