PLEASE watch this video what the MONSTER helicopter did to Tommy's kite while flying on the beach !!! Do you think it was funny or CRUEL ?? It took at least 30 minutes for 54 year old man to retrieve the kite in the wild... dune. We are on the fence about filing a complaint. We have no idea what company owns the DAMN helicopter.It rode too LOW around the kite three times before cutting the string. PLEASE OPEN THIS LINK http://qik.com/video/11420987

ALL HATTERAS & OUTER BANKS BUSINESS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE by either reserving a booth or hanging your business banner or sending business cards or discount coupons for people to use at your restaurants, hotels/motels, gift shops, Surf Shops, Fishing Piers, etc. Also, Global Surf Network will donate space for anyone that has educational material to give out about BEACH ACCESS ISSUES.
Guest Speaker From Hatteras will also be welcomed at this event.
Anyone on Hatteras that has an educational video, Surfing Video, and/or Fishing Video can submit it to Global Surf Network to be shown at this event.
