Patagonia Emails: Sign-up for Patagonia emails and receive special offers available only to our valued email subscribers. Be the first to hear about: new product launches, sale notices, enviro action alerts, company news, events at Patagonia Retail Stores in your area, and more.

Footprint Chronicles™:
The Footprint Chronicles is an interactive mini-site that allows you to track the impact of 14 specific Patagonia products from design through delivery. These examinations are partial and preliminary. Each season we'll examine a few new products. As we learn more, the picture will gain more focus through the haze. And the more we see, and then give some thought, the more bad practices we’ll be able to change with all the speed we can muster.

Tin Shed:
Spring greening means time for cleaning, and our crew has gone to town on the Tin Shed. We've dusted off, tuned up, and styled out the Shed with all new videos, audio tracks, slide shows, and the latest tasty teasers from a stellar lineup of new films.

Common Threads Garment Recycling:

Our Common Threads Recycling Program uses a fiber-to-fiber recycling system to make new garments from old.

What can be recycled?
Worn out Capilene® Performance Baselayers, Patagonia® fleece, Polartec® fleece clothing (from any maker), Patagonia cotton T-shirts, and some additional polyester and nylon 6 products that come with a Common Threads tag.

How to Recycle
Recycling old Patagonia garments is easy. Simply wash them first and use one of the following collection methods:

1. Mail them to the Patagonia Service Center at

Patagonia Service Center
ATTN: Common Threads Recycling Program
8550 White Fir Street
Reno, NV 89523-8939

2. Drop them off at the Patagonia Retail Store nearest you or at one of our Performance Baselayer Dealers – ideally, while you're running other errands, to reduce environmental impact.

Bliss

Bliss Dear Patagonia -- Is there a specific date that the semi-annual sales are always held, or is it just generally "February and August"? Not that I live in Cincinnati, I'm going to have to plan ahead to be at the Chicago store when the doors open. Not quite as easy as when I lived in Boston an worked 3 blocks away...

The rain has come back today, this time it looks as though it might never leave. Dark and dreary. We did however have a relatively nice week in general. Climbing was good all day yesterday, and we had a couple of beauties two days before that...

Hi Viv, Well, we won't be able to help at the speed of Facebook, but we can tell you we've been steady at it, trying to help our friends down there out. The shop in Torquay was a big first step of many. Our Enviro grants aren't necessarily limited to the states. Check out the info on both our U.S.-based and Euro sites (can't give you a link, as ... Read Morecookies will prevent it from coming up properly for you. Got to patagonia.com, scroll down and look for the tiny "Choose Country" link on the left side of the screen. Click it, select UK and then navigate to our "Environmentalism" section. And you can always give us a call +1 775-747-1992
