Planned Parenthood of Central North Carolina The Catholic Bishops are working overtime this wknd to strip abortion coverage from ALL health care plans. Please call 202 730-9001 and ask your Congress member to vote no on the Stupak amendment. 89% of plans now cover AB-this move would deny all women coverage

Thank you for getting back to me this was no attempt to downgrade your argument but I managed not to have any unplanned pregnancies until I was ready by using every protection method possible. I am just well aware of women using abortion as a regular birth control method. I think that maybe there should be a clause putting a limit on how many per year

Your family planning is a great success story!
Did you know that about 50% of all pregnancies are unintended? There are many reasons for this, including access to affordable protection, inadequate education, contraceptive misuse or failure, and sexual violence. The vast majority of women who have abortions are not using it as a birth control method. In fact, only a small percentage of women have more than one abortion.

If you live in NC and are fortunate enough to have health insurance, likely as not you’re insured by Blue Cross Blue Shield. They control more than 50% of the market in NC. They like it that way and why not?http://www.wral.com/news/local/wral_investigates/story/4668082/)

When Methodist University refused to run Planned Parenthood’s birth control ad because it was “too controversial”, a few lyrics from my Camp Sumatanga days came to mind. “I’ll shout it from the mountain top. I want the world to know.., I want to pass it on.”
