I just sent you a message though your regular site, saying how pleased I was by my second visit with you, at the end of October.
One thing that impressed the heck out of me (besides the corner room on the 16th floor) was the friendly treatment from the staff. I realize that I don't look like the typical guests of your h...otel, what with the robes, cloaks, and other handcrafted gothic finery I like to wear.
Regardless of my unusual trappings, I was never made to feel less valuable as a guest, or looked down on in any way. Quite the opposite! The staff I interacted with were wonderful. That means a lot to me.
I certainly would have no qualms about recommending your hotel to my friends, should they come to visit San Francisco. I know that regardless of their leanings- Pagan, Goth, Hippie, or just Garden-Variety Tourist, they will have a great time.
