Parenting Teenagers QUESTION OF THE WEEK: Is it appropriate for parents to develop their own relationship with their teen's boyfriend or girlfriend? What are the pros and cons?

Alicia 1. Having patience while they "grow" through their hormonal times. 2. Teaching them "life" on their level without resistence. 3. (and the obvious from me), the fear of letting them grow into young adults in the event that they are confronted with their on fear.
