We are so thankful for all of the kind and generous people in the community who support our children throughout the year. Shannon Dority Hey I am a single mother who don't make much money. But I am really looking for a way to help.I can't send money as much as I would love to. Was wondering if there was any way I could do something like care packages for the kids and not just around christmas I would like to help on a monthly basis
Pendleton Place Children's Shelter Become a part of the Guardian Angel program, and squeeze in a little end-of year giving while helping to give the children at Pendleton Place a warm and cozy holiday season! You can make a tax-deductible gift of $50 or $100 or more and recieve Christmas cards (with drawings made by the children on the front) to send to... your friends and family. $50 donations will recieve 5 cards, $100 or more will recieve 12 cards. We'll be there, along with other non-profits in the community, letting you know how you can make a difference in our community this holiday season. Gina Norwood Smith My Brownie Scout Troop 2515 is making 17 brightly painted pillow cases that double as "take home duffle bags." What about an additonal project of Christmas cards/note card/etc??? Bounce me back with ideas. I need to get the items over the weekend for our December service meetings. If there is a need that our 7/8... year olds could make with their hands to give. Could someone bounce me back quickly??

What can me, my daughters, granddaughter and grandson do to help make this a Christmas to remember for these children??? I am unemployed at the moment but any extra money I can come up with I would like to use to help these children. It may not be much... but I want to try to help as much as I can.

Check out the 6:00 news tonight on News Channel 7! Pendleton Place will be recognized for being named an "Angel"by the Secretary of State this morning in Columbia! Every Christmas, the Secretary of State chooses 10 "angel" organizations in SC that represent the most efficient and effective charities, in hopes of helpin...g citizens know which organizations spend their charitable donations the wisest. Pendleton Place is the only "Angel" this year in the Upstate area, with 95 cents of every dollar directly supporting our program for the children. Pendleton Place Children's Shelter Merry early Christmas! The Holiday Season is quickly approaching and we are now collecting gifts for our children to place under the tree! We are looking for anything that would be age-appropriate for girls ages 1 through 18 and boys ages 1 through 11. Toys, clothing, games, dolls, etc. Please consider donating a gift ...for our children to make this holiday special for them. You can drop it off at the shelter any time between now and December 15th (preferably Monday - Friday when our office staff is here).
