To everyone who commented on my post below. I was told to bring my issue to corporate and that is what I am doing. I am also letting people know what happened so they can make a choice of thier own. When you go to Amazon.com do you not read the review so you can make a choice on how the product is. If everyone only... posted the good how do you make an informed choice. I am a consumer, I spend my money just like everyone else. It is wonderful to hear how everyone has great service so suck it up. It is too late to change what was said to me but what about the next person. Should I shut up and let it go on and on. for every one of me 10 other said nothing for every one of you maybe a hundred that are happy never had a problem but if no one says anything how does it get corrected.

it would have been nice for the company to at least tell me they are looking into the matter. To see if others had an issue. I matter, you matter the next person matters. Why is it ok for me to be treated like crap because you have not been. What is wrong with that picture. I dont want any thing from the company except to know this will not happen again or at least they are addressing the issue. but nothing back from them so on goes the cycle
