Doug Pace I'm trying to get others on my team to install this app since so many are on FB. My bass player installed it and accepted the service but it still only shows that I have. Am I not supposed to see the others that accept the same service???? Please help thanks.

I absolutely LOVE Planning Center! I really appreciate how you are constantly thinking of ways to improve it. So just in case you'd like one more idea to think about...It would be really cool if some of our volunteers could schedule themselves. If they could see the openings in the plan and add themselves. Maybe then t...heir team leader could be the one to confirm it?... Just an idea.

Terri Niles I usually set my reminders to go out 3 days before the service date. Is there a way on the reminder to let the people know if they haven't yet responded?
DJuan Sloan I would like to try to email people that are on the same plan as I am but whenever i click the mail symbol, it always sends me back to the top of the page.
Alex Killian I just got a good idea for a new feature, but it might be difficult to implement. Being able to transpose charts and MP3s would make PCO the best thing ever for musicians that play for a church. Cuz sometime capos are used or the chart and the mp3 are in different keys.

Deborah Link Arnold When you are looking at a plan. In the upper right hand corner, the "Rehearse" option. It will print out the order of service and any PDF Chord charts. It combines it as 1 PDF file that you can print. It will however NOT print any .doc or .docx items to that PDF. I would love to see you update or add this feature. Right now I am pring the .doc and .docx files separately.
Mike Ruel so, if i have been using a new song and manually entered it b/c it was too new, and now I see that it actually shows up in the song DB with CCLI info, is there a way to "reload" the new song information without losing all my attachments?
