Weird. My first attempt showed a greyed out "Mark as Read". I tried it "later" and now it's properly showing "Mark as Unread".

Loving it!!

Doug, sounds like the text at the top of the screen was from "front matter" instead of your reading of interest. Since front matter can't be read, the menu choice would have been disabled.

I’ve been thinking all week I was just about done with this semi-major point-release of PocketBible for iPhone but then something else would leap out and I’d have to take a day and fix it. I thought I’d take a few minutes to let you know what’s coming in this update.

I am so happy to have Laridian back on my pocket device. I have fond memories going back to MyBible and nothing has ever really come close to your products. My only hang up is advancing or reversing in a book. The iPhone way of things have really taught users to flick the finger up or down and now I have to retrain myself to tap left or right. Truthfully, I don't like it. Can you work this in into the next version?

PocketBible scrolls the same way the other ebook readers do (like Stanza & Kindle.) It took a little getting used to but I like being able to see another bible or reference with the flick-up motion. Nice move Laridian. Now bring on the locking screen rotation and I'll be as happy as ever!

it works, but that ends up highlighting anything...and it doesn't change the reference/sync of the verse, so if i switch to the commentary, it won't be on the same verse
