Dwight A Smith Joel, I am reading your book "Everything I Want to Do Is Illegal" and loving it. My sister passed it on to me after she read it. She is currently tending to her own little farm similar to Polyface except on a much smaller scale. Hopefully soon, we will be able to visit your wonderful farm!
