Ian Malcolm Bromham So what is this I hear about someone being raped inside Privateer Place? Is that true?
That concerns me for I have a girlfriend living here as well. A Dominos delivery driver mugged, a person knocked out, they even pulled a gun on me here in the parking lot below my apartment, and now this?
If this is true I would really... like Privateer Place to at least inform us so we can be more careful. If you could please clear this up for me.

Our door is always open, and we hope that residents feel comfortable discussing issues of any kind directly with management and RAs, especially when they impact our community as a whole and when an immediate resolution or attention is necessary. With crime an ... See Moreunfortunate part of our world, it is important that we all look out for each other, take adequate safety precautions and report incidents or questionable behaviors as soon as they happen. We agree that notification is key to prevention and that verified incidents of crime on property are posted with advisories to residents. We don’t, however, notify residents of any allegations such as the incident you mentioned, which is under investigation and involved two people who know each other.
