TRIVIA ANSWER: You have to go all the way back to 2001 to find the last NFC QB to lead the NFL in passing. KURT WARNER, then of the St. Louis Rams, led the league with a 101.4 passer rating.

Chris Caracalas Looking forward to next year's Induction Weekend. I am a lifelong Cowboys fan and my brother is a lifelong 49ers fan. We are booking our trip now as it has to be a "given" that both Emmitt Smith and Jerry Rice will be inducted in first year eligible. Can't wait! It will be a great weekend!

No, the answer was CINCINNATI REDS who played in the NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE. However, there were teams called the Cincinnati Bengals that competed in separate rival leagues called the AFL....one year in 1937 and in the other AFL in 1940-41.

Thanks for the info on 2002. I was on my LDS mission in 2002 and didn't have any time to follow the NFL. It sucked.

Pro Football Hall of Fame Road to Canton series, Part 6. We examine the OL nominated for the Class of 2010. Grimm & Dawson are the only OL on the list ever to advance beyond the preliminary nominee stage.

What do you think? Steve Wisniewski (8 Pro Bowls); Mike Kenn (17 seasons)?? Are they worthy? Share your thoughts at www.jcp.com/fans.

Hinton should be a slam dunk HOF. The lineman get hosed by the voters who favor the "skill" positions on the offensive side of the ball. There is hope though as the last couple of years the voters are including at least one OL. Big problem is the back log of former players who make the final such as Grimm, Kuchenberg, Dawson. People have to rem, ... Read Morethe HOF is the best of the best and it takes time. Hinton should make it but it may take time. Plus, OL often have to compete with DL.
This year Smith and Rice are in for sure that leaves three spots as the old timers are voted seperately.Sharpe is highly probable, leaving at best two spots open. One spot will be taken by another finalist from last year-and that is a total crap shoot with great names out there- WR's are loaded, and so there is probably one spot for an OL or DL this year.

Congrats to Brandon Doyle...the only correct answer of the day.

It was a bit of a trick question. The answer is Billy Kilmer AND Drew Brees. Kilmer was the first Saints QB to throw 6 TDs when he did it against the St. Louis Cardinals on Nov. 2, 1969. Brees tied the mark in the season opener this year when he had 6 TD passes against the Lions.
