My favorite NFL memory didn't have anything to do with a game. It was actually on August 4th, 1990 when the Chicago Bears came to Canton to take on the Cleveland Browns. Having went out for Lehman Jr. High's football team the year before, I was an avid lover of the game.

As a Bears fan, I had a Walter Payton signature football that I was proud... Read More of. I waited until after the game, by the buses, for a meet and greet. I was able to get the signatures and talk to several of the players I admired. My mouth dropped when one of the Bears asked me if I wanted it signed by the Browns too. I said, "NO! I'm a Bears fan..my dad is the Browns fan."

It was too late...the ball had been handed off, fumbled if you will, right into the hands of one of the Browns. A Browns player had took my "Bears" football and signed it. I think I was thoroughly disgusted. Of course the Browns player got a kick out of it, saying it would be worth a lot more now. I still have my football, and have yet to figure out his chicken scratch!

Charley Taylor caught a TD from Billy K. sending the Skiins to Super Bowl VII. Who was it against? You got it, the Cowboys! Great Redskins receiver and wide receivers coach also. Love him.

Debi Sue Norman-Haman

Debi Sue Norman-Haman My favorite NFL story is still on going.... as a single mom of 2 sons (& 1 daughter) I made it a point of every Monday night ordering pizza and we watched the game as a family... now 23 years later we still do that but now we rotate houses, do a pot luck... 4 houses 4 Mondays and 6 grandchildren, etc... I hope & pray after I am gone the family tradition stays strong.....

Andrew

Andrew Mine personally was the chiefs/seahawks game where derrick thomas broke the sack record. Such a great game back and forth until the seahawks came back and won on the last play of the game. Derrick thomas' finest hour, yet the seahawks didn't care one bit!

have to say the biggestg moment for me was when the overlooked, underdogged GMEN came into superbowl42 and stunned the world. the did the unthinkable and defeated the unbeatable patriots. I had said it from when the gmen almost beat them at the end of the year, watch out were gonna make a run. everyone i told laughed a...t me bigtime. well who had the last laugh. when they won my wife said she had never see me jump any higher ever before. i was shouteing at every traffic light GMEN SUPERBOWL CHAMPS. that moment in time i felt on top of the world. the giants represented a dream and belief in themselfes that if u have faith and come together as a team not an individual, anything is possible.Read More

we had front row seats on the 40 yard line at Giants Stadium for the Giants-Patriots Saturday night preseason finale in 2007.....my three year old son's first pro game. He was amazed at the lights and learned all about "the wave"....it was something I'll never forget. Best part, we are Bengals fans and we were in our Bengals jerseys....Tom Brady ... Read Morewas throwing warm up passes and my three year old yelled "Who Dey" at him.....he came over and said "arent you guys at the wrong stadium?" and gave my son a high five. Coolest thing ever. I gained a lot of respect for Brady that night.....

This is the biggest upset in Super Bowl history. Super Bowl XLII in Glendale, Arizona between the undefeated New England Patriots and the NY Giants. The Pats played tough but Eli Manning and that potent Giants pass rush was way too much for them. David Tyree made the catch of the century in the 4th quarter thanks to Ma...nning's miraculous escape. The most incredible game I've ever watched. I've been a Giants fan since 1979.Read More

My mom's first game with just me to see my 'Skins...Lavar Arrington intercepts a Panthers' player and runs it in for a TD...I fall to my knees in thanks and she thought I fell down lol. Nothing better than being at FedEx field with my "football family" and being able to act as crazy as I want to get without anyone staring! The first time I saw that stadium I rounded the curve and there it was - I swear beams of light was coming from it and angels were singing. Hail to the Redskins!!!!

Riggo's Super Bowl run. It was on a 4th & 1 and it sealed the deal for the win. I remember Jimmy Ceffalo saying, "The minute we saw Riggins make his run we knew the game was over."
