I agree with Richard - the fishermen have families to support & few other options. What's worse is when you meet divers on holiday who think it is OK to try in the islands - the 'what goes on holiday stays on holiday mentality'. Good luck to Cristin with your efforts.

I am not 100% sure that Copenhagen is as much to do with saving the environment as it is about a shift in world governance. Who is to say that when billions of dollars are transferred to 3rd world countries, the money will not line the pockets of corrupt officials and little is done for the environment. Just the way that aid money is handled. ... See MoreNothing or very little to the cause, but corrupt officials pigging out at the trough.

I would prefer an emissions levels target and tax to be imposed, as I think that it's money that speaks in this greed-driven world. Trading emissions simply lets those who emit the most, continue to do so by paying someone else to take the excess that they produce.

I have no idea why they choose Copenhagen. This clean city did not bring nice experience to me as what I imaged as a fairytale city. Saw Robbers right in front of me in main walking street of city. but Drugs around in Christiania..... Malmo, a small city in Sweden which is close to Copenhagen,is rather far better than Copenhagen if want a topic of the climate change... Bicycles are all around the small town. tidy and neat... people are nice..
