QuestNet made history on 14 December by being the official corporate sponsor of the Malaysian Blind Football Team, enabling Malaysia to be represented for the very first time at the regional football tournament for the Blind organised by the International Blind Sporting Federation (IBSA) in Tokyo, Japan.
The contingent ...was put together by the Malaysian Association for the Blind (MAB), which in January this year encouraged blind sportsmen to participate in the event. After being actively groomed and trained by coach K.P.D Andre and team manager, Dr S. Radhakrishnan, seven of the sportsmen were picked to form the team that would represent Malaysia at the 3rd IBSA Asia Five-A-Side Football Championship 2009 to be held from 15th to 21st December, 2009 in Chofu City,Tokyo.
