Before they screen the famous 1938 Errol Flynn version, Matt Pace will accompany the first ever U.S. Robin Hood film (Eclair Studios, Fort Lee, NJ, 1912, 30 min.) on piano.
For all you music history nerds (all like six of them), he will be using Robin Hood tunes from the Child Ballads (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Child..._Ballads) as well as one love song from the medieval French Jeu de Robin et Marion (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeu_de_Robi n_et_Marion).
