My mum and I ordered off the website yesterday morning on the standard 3-5 day delivery and received the parcel beautifully wrapped this morning! Thank you Radley! xx

Last Saturday I lost my Radley dog from the bag my hubby bought me and was rather upset, it's my first Radley and I didn't dare tell him. One phone call to Radley Customer Services on Monday, very helpful chap, Thursday a replacement dog arrived, free of charge!! Believe me I would have paid for it just to make the bag complete again. Very impressed, a few companies could take a leaf out of Radleys book when it comes to customer service

I got given a radley tangiers shoulder bag in may I used it for about 2 months solid and the leather lost its colour and went a bit 'funny' looking and rough to touch. I contacted customer services who were FANTASTIC and said to return the bag and they would asses it and if it was faulty would replace with a new bag, 4 days later a box arrived with a brand spanking new tangiers in, I was absolutly over the moon and have never had a service like it, they didnt quibble over it.

Hi I find this very unusual for Radley. I have made several purchases from Radley. I had an umberella which broke, I emailed them and had a response within an hour. I then had a new umberella within 3 days.

Try emailing their customer services I found it vey helpful.

I'd be really careful buying from Radley. I'll certainly never do it again. I got a handbag for christmas but it wasn't the one i wanted. we arranged to return it and even though Radley has signed for it, they've not refunded me. nor have they returned any of our phone message, emails or any other communications we've tried. we've even phoned their head office number which just rang and rang until it went dead.

CUSTOMERS BE AWARE. Thank god we bought it on a credit card so have some protection. A company of this size should be ashamed of themselves for treating customers like this.
