Raleigh Little Theatre AUDITIONS: "Our Town" features a large ensemble cast (17-25 actors). Auditions will consist of readings from the script. "Our Town" will be directed by RLT’s Artistic Director, Haskell Fitz-Simons. In addition, actors will be given the opportunity to present a 2-3 minute monologue. This is not necessary, but it will al...low actors to show the Director a piece of PREPARED work. (Please do not present a monologue that is simply “memorized”!! I am interested in seeing niceties such as “character” and “inner life”. A poorly prepared monologue will not help your case! Just sayin’...) Perusal copies of the script are available for a 48 hour checkout from the RLT business office which is in the rear of the building and opened Mon-Fri 10:00am-5:00pm.
