The Hopkins Raspberry Festival Decoys in Hopkins now has the Paddlewheel (Tri-Wheel) game! It is similar to Roulette. Proceeds will help fund the Hopkins Raspberry Festival parade and Royal Family! Come and play!! The wheel will be open Monday – Friday from 6 – 10pm.
