Earlier this year Ready 4 K rolled out our "Kitchen Table Initative" and we're sharing it around the state. The Kitchen Table Initiative is essentially a discussion kit. A host leads a group through seven questions, such as "When does most brain development take place?" and "What does it mean to be 'prepared' for kinde...rgarten?". Multiple choice answers and follow-up questions for the group invite discussion and debate that personalizes the issue for any context. The 60-minute conversation is created to take place in diverse contexts, with business people, faith groups, educators or policymakers.
