If you have some fence sitters out there let them know it will get more expensive to take out an FHA loan once this happens. Transactions do not need to settle by... Oct 4th but the case numbers for the loan must be pulled by then. Also, HUD is considering lowering the allowable seller assistance for FHA loans from 6% to 3%. There is an open comment period where your voices can be heard….just go to www.hud.gov and let them know what you think about it. As always if I can be of assistance to you don’t hesitate to call…..I value your business and will work hard to earn it.

Real Estate Agents Goody Bag HUD's new MIP rules originally scheduled to start Sept 7th have been pushed back to Oct 4th. This gives you some extra time to settle your FHA loans before this increased "Homebuyer Tax" goes into effect. They dont have to settle by Oct 4th but the case # needs to be pulled by then.
