
Rebecca Oswald I wrote and produced new opening and closing music themes for the weekly television interview show "UO Today", produced by the University of Oregon. On January 4th UO Today will begin airing with its new format and new music themes.

Rebecca Oswald The Jewel Winds woodwind quintet performed my "Aesop's Fables" at the Manheim Library in Dolgeville, NY on November 14 during the children's story hour. Five librarians there provided the narration. The quintet demonstrated the instruments and different themes for the fables. The weather was terrible, but a nice sized ...crowd came anyway and they all loved it!

Rebecca Oswald U.K. fans: My horn solo "The Dimming of the Day" will be performed at a concert at 9.00pm on Friday, Nov. 6th, Regent Hall, 275 Oxford St., London W1C 2DJ, as part of "New Music New Ideas," the 12th London New Wind Festival and Women in Music UK conference. This piece premiered in London in September, and it seems to have been well received!
